Welcome to Jafar Ali Tech! These License Terms ("License" or "Agreement") govern your use of digital products, software, themes, templates, graphics, audio, video, documentation, and any other materials (collectively "Products" or "Items") purchased or downloaded from our platform.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Product from Jafar Ali Tech, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these License Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, or use our Products.
These License Terms operate in conjunction with our [Terms & Conditions] and [Privacy Policy]. In case of conflict, these License Terms shall prevail with respect to Product usage rights.
"Product" or "Item" refers to any digital good, software, code, theme, template, graphic, audio file, video, document, or other content made available on Jafar Ali Tech.
"Author" refers to the creator, developer, or licensor of the Product, which may be Jafar Ali Tech or a third-party contributor.
"Buyer" or "You" refers to the individual or entity that purchases or obtains a license to use a Product.
"End Product" refers to any single application, website, project, or creative work that incorporates the Product.
"Client" refers to any third party for whom you create an End Product using the Product.
"Resale" or "Redistribution" means making the Product available to third parties in a manner that allows them to use, modify, or distribute it independently.
"Source Files" refers to editable file formats, raw code, design files, or layered assets included with the Product.
We offer several license types to accommodate different usage needs. The specific license type and its terms will be specified at the point of purchase.
The Regular License grants you the right to use the Product in a single End Product for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:
Permitted Uses:
Use in one website, application, or project
Personal or commercial use
Modification and customization for your specific needs
Use in a single End Product for yourself or one Client
Creation of derivative works for the specific End Product
Prohibited Uses:
Use in multiple projects or End Products
Resale or redistribution of the Product as-is or modified
Use in a product offering where the Product contributes to the core value
Inclusion in stock libraries, templates, or design tools
Transfer of the license to third parties except as specified
Price: As specified on the Product page
The Extended License grants broader usage rights for the Product, including:
Additional Permitted Uses:
Use in multiple End Products (up to specified limit)
Use in products or services where the Product is a significant component of value
Inclusion in commercial software, SaaS products, or applications sold to multiple customers
Use in merchandise or physical products for resale
Restrictions Continue:
No resale of the Product as a standalone item
No inclusion in competing marketplaces or stock platforms
No redistribution in Source File format
Price: As specified on the Product page (typically 5-10x Regular License price)
For agencies and developers working on multiple projects:
Permitted Uses:
Use in unlimited End Products for your own projects
Use in unlimited Client projects
Transfer of rights to Clients for specific completed projects
Requirements:
Each Client project must be distinct and separate
Cannot create competing products or template libraries
Must maintain records of licensed Products
Price: As specified on the Product page
For organizations with multiple team members:
Permitted Uses:
Use by up to specified number of team members (e.g., 5, 10, or unlimited)
Internal projects and Client projects
Installation on development, staging, and production environments
Requirements:
License covers specified number of individual users
Additional seats may be purchased separately
Organization must maintain current license for continued use
Price: As specified on the Product page
For complete ownership and exclusivity:
Permitted Uses:
Full rights to use, modify, and distribute
Removal of Product from our platform (if applicable)
No limitations on number of projects or clients
Ability to sublicense to third parties
Requirements:
Subject to availability and Author approval
Premium pricing based on Product value
Legal transfer of rights documentation provided
Price: Negotiated on case-by-case basis
Unless otherwise specified in an Exclusive License, all licenses granted are non-exclusive. This means:
The Author retains full ownership of the Product
The Author may license the same Product to multiple Buyers
You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Product
Your rights are limited to those expressly granted in these terms
Licenses are generally non-transferable except:
You may transfer rights to a Client as part of a completed End Product
You may transfer the license if you sell your business or project that uses the Product
Written notice to Jafar Ali Tech may be required for transfers
Perpetual License: Once purchased, you may use the Product indefinitely for the licensed End Product, even if your account is closed. Updates and support may require active subscription.
Subscription License: Rights to use the Product continue only while subscription is active. Upon cancellation, you must cease using the Product in new projects but may maintain existing End Products.
License purchase may include:
Free updates for a specified period (e.g., 6 months, 1 year)
Technical support during the support period
Access to documentation and community forums
After the included period, updates and support may require separate purchase or subscription renewal.
Subject to specific license restrictions, you are generally permitted to:
Edit, modify, adapt, and create derivative works
Combine with other assets and code
Customize for specific project requirements
Remove or replace placeholder content
Install on your servers or hosting platforms
Use in local, development, staging, and production environments
Deploy to content delivery networks (CDNs)
Use in cloud-based services and applications
Use in projects for Clients (with appropriate license)
Transfer rights to Client upon project completion
Include in Client deliverables
Charge Clients for your work incorporating the Product
Create reasonable number of backups for security
Archive projects for historical reference
Maintain copies for disaster recovery purposes
Regardless of license type, you are strictly prohibited from:
Selling the Product as a standalone item
Including in stock asset libraries or marketplaces
Distributing in a manner that allows extraction by third parties
Offering as part of "create your own website" tools where customers can extract the Product
Using to create competing products or services
Creating template libraries using the Product as a base
Offering the Product or derivatives through competing platforms
Using to develop similar products for resale
Using in connection with illegal activities
Creating defamatory, fraudulent, or malicious content
Violating third-party intellectual property rights
Using in ways that harm individuals or groups
Extracting assets for use outside the licensed End Product
Decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling software
Removing security measures, watermarks, or copyright notices
Creating tools to extract or replicate Product functionality
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to mass-download Products
Sharing access credentials to allow unauthorized use
Systematic redistribution through file-sharing networks
Bulk purchasing for redistribution purposes
Single domain/application installation per Regular License
Source code modification permitted for the End Product
No resale of modified or unmodified code as software products
SaaS usage requires Extended or appropriate license
One website/domain per Regular License
Reskinning and customization permitted
Cannot resell as website templates
Client use permitted with proper attribution removal (where applicable)
Use in commercial and personal projects
Print and digital usage permitted within license scope
Cannot be sold as clip art, stock graphics, or design elements
Merchandise use may require Extended License
Synchronization rights for video, games, and multimedia
Public performance rights may require additional licensing
Cannot be sold as music libraries or stock footage
Broadcast usage may require Extended License
Install on specified number of devices
Use in commercial and personal projects
Cannot be embedded in applications for extraction
Server installation may require special license
All intellectual property rights in the Products remain with the Author or Jafar Ali Tech. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product, not ownership of the Product itself.
Unless otherwise specified:
Attribution to the Author is appreciated but not always required
Some licenses may require preservation of copyright notices in code
Check Product documentation for specific attribution requirements
Product names, logos, and branding are trademarks of their respective owners. No license is granted to use these trademarks except as necessary to describe the Product's origin.
When you create derivative works:
You own your original contributions
The underlying Product remains property of the Author
Your derivative work cannot be sold in a way that competes with the original Product
Authors warrant that:
They have the right to license the Product
The Product does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
The Product is free from malicious code (to the best of their knowledge)
The Product substantially matches the description provided
PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
Products will meet your specific requirements
Products will be compatible with all systems or platforms
Operation will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
IN NO EVENT SHALL JAFAR ALI TECH, AUTHORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM PRODUCT USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and investigate potential license violations. This includes:
Automated detection of unauthorized distribution
Review of publicly accessible implementations
Investigation of reports from rights holders
If license violations are discovered:
License may be immediately terminated without refund
Access to Products and updates may be revoked
Legal action may be pursued for damages
Accounts may be suspended or terminated
If you discover unauthorized use of Products:

Provide evidence of the violation
We will investigate and take appropriate action
Refunds may be available per our [Refund Policy]. If a refund is issued:
License is immediately terminated
You must cease all use of the Product
All copies must be destroyed or deleted
End Products must be removed from public access
You may cancel a subscription license at any time. Upon cancellation:
Subscription benefits cease at the end of the billing period
Perpetual rights to existing End Products may continue
New use in projects requires new license purchase
We may terminate licenses for:
Violation of these License Terms
Fraudulent purchase or payment disputes
Violation of applicable laws
Discontinuation of the Product
These License Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:
Good faith negotiation between parties
Mediation if negotiation fails
Binding arbitration or litigation in appropriate jurisdiction

By purchasing or using any Product from Jafar Ali Tech, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these License Terms.
