Welcome to the Jaffar Ali Tech Affiliate Program! These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in our affiliate program through which you can earn commissions by promoting Jaffar Ali Tech products and services.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

Accurate Representation: Provide accurate information about our products and services

Compliance: Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable laws and regulations

Best Practices: Use marketing methods that reflect positively on Jaffar Ali Tech

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

a. Misleading Claims: Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products or earnings potential

b. Spam: Engage in unsolicited commercial email (spam), bulk messaging, or other intrusive marketing tactics

c. Inappropriate Content: Promote on websites or platforms containing:

Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content

Hate speech, discrimination, or violence

Illegal activities or substances

Copyright-infringing materials

d. Trademark Violations: Use our trademarks in ways that suggest endorsement, partnership, or official representation without written permission

e. Cookie Stuffing: Use forced clicks, iframe techniques, or other methods to artificially generate commissions

f. Self-Referrals: Purchase products through your own Affiliate Link or create multiple accounts to earn commissions on your own purchases

g. Paid Search Violations: Bid on our branded keywords (e.g., "Jaffar Ali Tech," "jaffaralitech.com") in pay-per-click advertising without explicit permission

h. Discount Abuse: Offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or incentives not approved by us

i. Data Collection: Collect personal information from potential customers beyond what is necessary for referral tracking

5. Commissions and Payments

5.1 Commission Structure

Commission rates will be specified in your affiliate dashboard or separate agreement

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net sale amount (excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks)

Different products may have different commission rates

5.2 Qualified Purchases

A purchase qualifies for commission when:

Made by a new Customer who clicked your Affiliate Link

Completed within the cookie duration period (typically 30 days)

Not refunded, charged back, or fraudulent

Made by a Customer who is not an existing Jaffar Ali Tech customer (unless otherwise specified)

5.3 Payment Terms

Commissions are paid on a monthly basis

Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD (or equivalent)

Payments are made via PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods we specify

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your affiliate income

5.4 Refunds and Chargebacks

If a Customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account or future payments.

6. Tracking and Reporting

6.1 Tracking

We use cookies and tracking technology to attribute sales to Affiliates

Cookie duration is 30 days unless otherwise specified

Last-click attribution model is used (the most recent Affiliate Link clicked gets credit)

6.2 Reporting

You will have access to an affiliate dashboard showing clicks, conversions, and commissions

While we strive for accuracy, tracking discrepancies may occasionally occur

Our tracking data is considered final for commission calculations

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our approved marketing materials, logos, and banners solely for promoting Jaffar Ali Tech products under these Terms.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not:

Modify our logos or branding materials without permission

Use our trademarks in domain names, social media handles, or business names

Create materials that suggest you are an official representative of Jaffar Ali Tech

Use our intellectual property after termination of your affiliate status

8. Term and Termination

8.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.

8.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your participation at any time by providing written notice to support@jafaralitech.com.

8.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately if:

You violate these Terms

We determine your promotional methods are harmful to our brand

You engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

We discontinue the Affiliate Program

8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your Affiliate Links will cease to function

You must remove all Jaffar Ali Tech branding and links from your platforms

Pending commissions for qualified purchases made before termination will be paid according to our payment schedule

You forfeit any commissions from purchases made after termination

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings or success through the Affiliate Program. Your results depend on your marketing efforts, audience, and other factors.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAFFAR ALI TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jaffar Ali Tech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your promotional activities

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last revised" date. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law
